For over two decades, leading companies around the world have depended on Planit to optimise their quality and testing practices and pipeline, to ensure a smooth, speedy and seamless delivery experience.
The Test Maturity Model Integration (TMMi) defines levels through which an organisation’s testing processes can be uplifted, from one that is ad-hoc and unstructured, to one that is managed, defined, measured and optimised. Some of the key areas assessed are test policy, enterprise test strategy, test planning, peer reviews, test design and execution, product quality evaluation and defect prevention.
The Test Process Optimisation (TPO) is an independent assessment of current testing practice versus testing best practices. It provides recommendations for improvements to achieve greater productivity, cost efficiency and effectiveness. A ‘Mini TPO’ is also available, appropriate for small organisations or individual projects.
