Rebecca joined Planit in 2022 leading the NSW region. As of February 2026, Rebecca was appointed Executive General Manager for all of Planit globally, reporting into NRI ANZ CEO, Kaylene O'Brien. Rebecca is responsible for bringing the value of our quality, performance and security across the enterprise to our client-base globally.
Raman joined Planit from the United Kingdom in 2013, bringing over his knowledge and expertise in IT consulting and Quality Assurance across multiple sectors to the team in New Zealand. He has worked both in test leadership roles and in a strategic account management capacity to now be responsible for our Auckland and Hamilton teams.
After initially joining Planit in 2007, Marco spent five years working at some of Australia's largest companies before returning in 2015. He is skilled in all facets of software testing, with extensive experience in operational management, strategy, employee management and project delivery.
Russell has over 25 years of IT experience as a Senior IT Manager and Software Testing professional. A passionate believer in developing testing strategies that embrace each client’s unique appetite for risk and places their customers at the heart of quality activities. He has successfully developed and delivered testing outcomes for a diverse range of client industries, geographies and technologies. As GM Central, he now brings this wealth of experience to our Aotearoa NZ team
With over 25 years of experience in the testing industry, Chris has delivered testing solutions worldwide, including in Australia, Europe, India, and the United States. Since joining Planit in 2012, he has held various key roles, most recently serving as the Account Director for Queensland. In this capacity, Chris has leveraged his deep industry expertise to deliver testing solutions across diverse technologies and domains. He is now responsible for driving business growth and managing all operational aspects of Planit’s Queensland division.
Michelle has over 25 years of financial institution experience specialising in digital banking. She joined Planit in 2021 and is responsible for the Adelaide office delivering successful outcomes to our growing community of clients in South Australia.
Phil Johnson is a seasoned Quality Engineering expert, with over a decade of experience at Planit. He currently leads the Innovation and Quality Leadership teams, overseeing strategic partner relations and driving initiatives that deliver meaningful business outcomes. Previously, Phil served as Global Lead for Performance Engineering at Planit, building on the expertise of a similar role at CSC/DXC in the UK. With a career defined by delivering tangible value, Phil is recognised as a trusted authority in the industry.
Bas brings over 25 years of expertise in test consultancy and management and leads Planit’s Delivery Centres in Hyderabad and Manila, where 300+ certified Quality Engineering specialists deliver solutions across functional, automation, performance, technical, and digital testing. With extensive experience in implementing and managing remote delivery models, and guided by an international management team, Bas ensures high-quality outcomes that integrate seamlessly with client operations or as fully managed services. Planit’s Delivery Centres support leading banks, retailers, insurers, and government organisations across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, consistently aligning delivery with client priorities and success factors.
Vikram has over 24 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in sales, account management, and service delivery. Since joining Planit in 2019, he has enjoyed building trusted relationships with clients and helping them achieve practical, meaningful outcomes. He values collaboration, keeping a customer-first mindset, and making a positive difference. Based in Auckland, he is responsible for the growth and performance of Planit NZ Northern region.
Anushi brings 20 years of experience in testing and has previously led quality assurance practices for numerous leading IT organisations in India and UK. After starting with Planit as Account Director in 2018, she is now responsible for running our Mumbai business.
Liz is General Manager for Planit’s New Zealand South region, leading growth and daily operations across the South Island. With more than 12 years’ experience in IT spanning data, product and integration, and a background in strategic account management at Planit since 2021, she brings a strong commercial and customer focus. Liz is committed to elevating both the customer and employee experience to deliver consistently better outcomes.
Chris brings over 30 years’ experience in quality engineering delivery and operational excellence across several key roles and organisations in the UK and Australia. He has been helping Planit’s clients solve complex quality problems since 2011, and is currently responsible for delivering successful client outcomes, driving revenue growth and managing operations for Planit Sydney.
Focused on shaping and delivering value-driven quality engineering services to our customers and building high performance teams and culture, Kevin is the Director of Delivery for the Planit office in Western Australia. With almost 30 years of experience in IT and software testing, he has a proven track record of delivering complex solutions, maximising quality and return on investment.
