Sydney, 18 July 2016 – Planit Testing (“Planit”) has completed its formal acquisition of Indian-based testing services provider TenXLabs in Hyderabad, leading to the establishment of Planit Testing India Pvt Ltd to expand upon the organisation’s existing global presence.
Established in 2010 and with approximately 130 test consultants offering functional, automation and performance testing services, TenXLabs represents a complimentary addition to existing services which will integrate seamlessly into the Planit group. TenXLabs counts ABB, Axis Bank and ICICI Lombard among its clients.
The operation of TenXLabs are focussed on the domestic Indian market and the provision of outsourced services for US-based clients, therefore broadening Planit’s footprint beyond Australia, New Zealand and the UK. The acquisition also provides Planit with access to a pipeline of talent to augment and grow its domestic operations in existing territories.
“We always look for worthwhile opportunities to bring Planit to other countries and regions, and India is a market we have long been involved with and keen to expand to,” said Planit Managing Director, Chris Carter. “We’ve worked with TenXLabs on clients in India in the past, so it made sense to add them to the worldwide Planit network.”
