  • The Global Quality Index survey is open to participants worldwide.
  • Those who complete the Global Quality Index survey are eligible to receive a $20 AUD digital gift card for their time n assisting with these research efforts.
  • Those who complete the survey but do not wish to accept the $20 AUD gift card, or are unable to accept due to their company policies, simply do not need to Accept the gift card after survey completion.
  • If for any reason a gift card is not provided, the survey may still be completed and submitted.
  • The Global Quality Index survey must be completed by June 30, 2025.
  • To receive the gift card incentive, you must be one of the first 500 respondents.
  • The gift card is valued at $20 AUD, which can be digitally utilised in other currencies at current market rate conversions at point of purchase.
  • Responses to this survey will be strictly confidential.
  • Valid business emails are required to be eligible for the digital voucher. Personal email addresses such as Gmail and Yahoo etc, are ineligible to prevent multiple submissions and manipulative behaviors.
  • Current Planit & UiPath employees are ineligible to accept the $20 AUD gift card.
