Services & Solutions Delivery
Planit’s consultancy services are delivered on a timeframe agreed with the client. Planit’s classroom training is delivered at the dates scheduled subject to bookings. Planit’s online self-study courses are delivered via our online platform with log-ins provided within one working day of purchase.
Web & App Testing Packages
Planit's Off-site Web & App Testing Packages are serviced by our fully managed service solution designed for smaller projects. Contact us for more terms and conditions around our fixed-price packages.
Training Bookings
Training is organised and controlled by Planit Test Management Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 61 079 209 135) who reserve the right to make any amendments to course schedules, dates and locations and will make every effort to notify delegates within a reasonable period of time. However, Planit is not responsible for personal travel, accommodations, or other incidental expenses in connection with changes to a course. No voice or visual recordings are permitted in any of Planit’s training sessions.
Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
- Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
- Any training specials or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and do not apply to exams.
- All classroom courses must be paid in full no less than 14 days before the commencement date of the course.
- Failure to present for a registered classroom course will be charged in full.
- Classroom course attendee substitutions may be made at any time prior to commencement of the course, without penalty.
- For classroom courses, cancellations made within 14 days of course commencement will be charged in full. Refunds are available outside this period.
- For online self-study courses, log-ins are provided for our online portal within one working day of receiving payment. Refunds are available if requested within this same period.
- For online self-study courses, log-ins are valid for 6 months from date of issue with the exception of our 12 month course packages, such as the Unlimited Certification Bundle.
- All pre-paid exams must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of purchase.
Transfer Fee
Transfers to alternate courses are possible where places are available. A transfer fee of 20% of the course price (excluding exam fee) will apply to any clients that reschedule their course booking within 14 days prior to the original course commencement date.

Planit Academy Course Bundle
- Bundle is non-transferable, only allowing one student login per license
- Bundle includes an ever-growing range of (20+) online self-study courses as defined on the Planit Academy page
- Instructor-led courses not included in the price and are subject availability
- Exams are not included in the package, available for purchase separately
- Exam pricing varies between courses and can be seen on our course pages
- Course specials do not apply to the bundle unless stated in the offer terms
ISTQB Course Bundle
- Bundle is non-transferable, only allowing one student login per license
- Analyst and ISTQB Advanced Test Manager courses
- All included courses are their online self-study versions
- Exams are not included in the package, available for purchase separately
- Exam pricing varies between courses and can be seen on our course pages
- Course specials do not apply to the bundle unless stated in the offer terms

Revision Sessions
- Revision session is free of charge and offered to participants planning to attend the ISTQB Foundation Examination.
- Participants are required to attend the Revision session in accordance with the specified schedule. The program will start and end at the designated times as communicated by the Provider.
- The Provider is not liable for the outcome of any exams, assessments, or certifications, and no guarantees are made regarding exam results or certification.
- After registration, the Provider may contact participants for the following purposes:
- To confirm registration and send reminders about the Training Program.
- To share updates, changes, or additional information regarding the program (e.g., schedule changes, program materials).
- To send information about future training programs or relevant information that may be of interest to the participant.
In-house Training
- Partner discounts are available based on partner tier.
- Other training specials and discounts do not apply unless stated otherwise.
- Bulk discounts may be available at the discretion of the Training Director.
- Travel costs may apply for in-house training to certain areas.
- Please specify how many exams you wish to purchase, if any, as exams are not included in the course price unless otherwise stated.

Partner Training Discounts
- Partner tiers are re-evaluated on a annual basis, based on the past year's spend, unless there is a significant change in spending.
- Partners can request for their partnership tier to be assessed if spending has changed.
- Discounts are not available retrospectively for courses purchased before attaining a partnership tier.
- Exams are not included in the course price unless stated otherwise.
- Discounts are not available for exams.
- Partner discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other specials and discounts.
- If a training special exceeds your partner savings, partners are eligible for the higher level saving.
Return Customer Voucher
- Attendees will receive a discount code for $250 AUD/NZ, or 100 GBP delivered in the post-course email for Live on Line customers only.
- A voucher received when booking a course must be used within the same calendar year of issue.
- Voucher is not available retrospectively for courses purchased in the past.
- Voucher cannot be used to purchase just an exam.
- Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other specials and discounts.
- Voucher can only be used on courses where the course cost exceeds the voucher value.
- Voucher can only be redeemed for Live on Line courses or in-person training.
Corporate Training Credits
- To buy, redeem or check your credit balance, simply contact training@planittesting.com.
- Credits must be used within 12 months of purchase, or they will expire. There will be no refunds of un-used credits.
- It is the customer's responsibility to track any un-used credit and use it before the expiry period.
- Credits are only valid for training products purchased directly from Planit.
- Credits cannot be used for training in other countries.
- Credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
- Classroom, live online, and online self-study course prices are as marked at time of redemption.
- Credits can be used to purchase exams when bought with their matching course, not independently.
- Travel costs may apply for in-house training to certain areas. These will not be discounted.
