APPLICATION ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY!
Planit Solutions, Inc., an Equal Opportunity Employer and Global Developer of CAD/CAM software, is seeking an Application Engineer for our EDGECAM CAD/CAM division.
This individual will be responsible for providing pre sales technical support for Edgecam direct customers and resellers. This includes, but is not limited to supporting and benchmarking direct and reseller sales ventures, handling support calls, teaching training classes, presenting at tradeshows and conferences, implementing and troubleshooting software at customer sites.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Design, or related field, and at least 1 year of work experience in a related field preferred. Candidates with prior CAD/CAM Software and CNC Machine Programming experience a plus. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and listening skills are a must.
This position will be ideally located in either Forest Lake, MN or Charlotte, NC. Current location is possible for the right candidate. Travel in and outside of the U.S. required between 30% - 60% of work time. Valid Passport required.
